From Pelicans to Ps…

Over the years our group has not changed as much as it has gotten smaller. The original crew was very short lived in its incarnation, but soon became the 4 emcee group “Rusty Pelicans”. The emcees at that time were Phantom Channel, Dana Coppa, Mr. Smith and Count Classic, our DJ was Toxic T and, as always, the production was done by S Watson.The Rusty Pelicans soon became Rusty Ps and featured a new DJ, Tone Capone, and one less emcee, Dana Coppa.

After a couple of years of touring and recording, we switched DJs to the much-talented J Slim. J did some amazing work with us and then moved on to produce scratch and DJ tool albums. Shortly after Mr. Smith also moved on to work on solo projects, and we adopted Madhatter as our latest and greatest DJ. Which leaves us with what we have today…
